Refund/Return Policy

We have a 30 Day Return Policy. Which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel an order once it has been processed, nor will we be able to provide any refunds after your order has been delivered and/or received.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For Lost, Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have a suspicion of your parcel has been lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by emailing us at  sales@cjsbeautyandstyle.com We can assist in contacting the shipping company to investigate the issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us by email us at sales@cjsbeautyandstyle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Be sure to use a traceable shipping method to return any items back to us. We are not responsible for any lost packages or items that were returned without any means of tracking it. If we cannot verify receipt of the return item, we will NOT be able to provide you with an exchange.

The return shipping costs will be paid by you (the customer). Once we receive and inspect the package, the exchange can be made for the correct item.

We will only offer an exchange if the product received does not match what you’ve ordered. Products will only be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for any additional cost for an item that you wish to receive of greater value.

A request for an exchange must be made within 24-48 hours after you have received the product. 

Each item/order is double checked by our team members prior to shipping it out to you, just to ensure that all items that should be included in your package are included and there are no damages or defects. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim immediately. Once your order leaves our location, we assume no responsibility for damage due to shipping.
