ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 3-10 business days, except for personalized, pre-orders, backorders or special orders that may take longer to ship due to their requirements. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping timeframe.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
You (the buyer) are solely responsible for any customs taxes/duties/fees associated with your order. Nor will we be responsible for any packages that have been refused by you.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAME (LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL)
For Local orders we may use Zip Mail, Jamaica Post (Fast Track), Tara Courier or Knutsford Express.
For International orders, we may use FEDEX/UPS/USPS/DHL/EMS for shipping of items.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. To guarantee timely delivery, we must have complete addresses, full name, and daytime phone numbers.

Please note that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
The delivery of your order may take up to maximum 14 to 30 days. The speed of your delivery varies by country of delivery, along with other factors that may delay your order such as; peak season, holidays, customs clearance processes, natural disasters, weather, availability of stock, etc.
Deliveries are made between Mondays – Fridays. On certain instances your item may be delivered on a Saturday.

Items on backorder usually take 1-2 weeks to deliver and is usually shown on the specific item, on the Product page, Cart page and Checkout page. In some instances, the delivery timeframe may be longer by a few days.
